This service is provided with support under the IDA’s initiative known as Wireless@SG. Its goal is grow Wireless Internet Connectivity and public access thereto in Singapore and the use of high speed broadband use and ancillary services for the national good.

Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy
When you use the iCELL service:
  1. When using this service you must comply with these Terms and any other instructions iCELL Network gives you, whether via its website or otherwise. iCELL Network will cooperate with other Internet service providers to control unacceptable user behaviour and may implement technical mechanisms to prevent behaviour which is or would be in breach. You are also responsible for the use of your Account by any other person (whether you have given them permission to use it or not) and you must ensure that they also comply.
  2. Access to iCELL’s basic Wireless@SG service is open to anybody, Singaporean or foreign, who registers his full name and IC details and provides evidence of his or her identity to the satisfaction of iCELL Network. Commercial terms of access can change between agreements and will be made available prior to registration.
  3. When using the Service, you must not break any laws, infringe the legal rights of any person or cause harm to the Service or its users. For example, you must not:
    1. defame, harass or abuse anyone or violate their privacy;
    2. distribute or make available obscene, pornographic, illegal or confidential material (for the avoidance of doubt and without limitation, you must not place on the Internet any content in contravention of the laws of the Republic of Singapore;
    3. infringe intellectual property rights (such as by using, copying or distributing data or software without the permission of the owner);
    4. interfere with or disrupt the Service, any other computer system or anyone else's use of them (or attempt to do any of these things), including by distributing viruses or overloading a system;
    5. access, monitor or use any data, systems or networks without authority (for example, by hacking) or attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any data, system or network;
    6. send unsolicited bulk emails;
    7. forge header information, email source addresses or user information;
    8. disobey the rules of any newsgroup, forum or email mailing list; or
    9. engage in any activities which expose iCELL Network to liability.
  4. You must comply with any rules imposed by any third party whose premises, equipment, content or service you access using the Service.
  5. Singapore legislation allows the Singapore Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) to direct iCELL Network when acting as an Internet Content Host to remove certain prohibited Internet content from its servers or prevent users from accessing certain Internet content. iCELL Network may take any steps necessary in order to ensure compliance with any relevant industry code of practice, notification or direction from the IDA, including removing any content (including part or all of a website) from its servers, closing or suspending your Account, filtering the Internet content made available to you or restricting access to a particular website. iCELL Network may take these steps at any time and without notice to you.
  6. You must not re-sell or attempt to re-sell the Service, or transfer your Account to another person without iCELL Network' written consent.
  7. iCELL Network may monitor your Account to ensure that you are complying with these Terms. iCELL Network will investigate any misuse of the Service and may involve police or other law enforcement agencies in doing so. iCELL Network may recover from you any costs of investigating your misuse of the Service. If your use of the Service causes loss to other users, iCELL Network may require you to pay compensation.
  8. iCELL Network may interfere with or adjust aspects of the Service if it is necessary to do so for the efficient operation of the iCELL Network. For example, iCELL Network may:
    1. delete incoming and outgoing email messages which exceed 2 megabytes in size;
    2. disconnect your session if you reach any session limit that applies to your plan or service;
    3. log off a duplicate session if the same username is being used by two separate users at the same time; and
    4. deliver access and content via proxy servers.
  9. iCELL Network is unable to give a commitment that the Service will continue to be available from a particular designated Wireless LAN coverage area. iCELL Network will update any changes to designated Wireless LAN coverage area on http://www.icellnetwork.com – coverage areas.
  10. You use these Internet services at your own risk and iCELL does not accept any liability for events or problems encountered during its use, such as, but not limited to loss of data, the effects of malware , the nature of messages received or any consequence of such events or problems.
You can count on iCELL
  1. We will be responsible for all your personal data collected. All personal data collected will be used and processed fairly and lawfully while in our possession or custody. We ensure all our customers that we will be accountable for our organisation's compliance to our Privacy Policy.
  2. Personal data collected will not be used for a new purpose unless we obtain your consent. We are the sole owner of the personally identifiable information collected on this site. We collect personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of registering a user for our service.
  3. We do not collect sensitive information from our customers. We assure all customers that all personal information collected will be used or disclosed only for the purposes for which it has been collected.
  4. We ask you only for necessary personal data. Both the amount and the type of data collected shall be limited to that which is necessary to fulfill the purposes identified.
  5. We will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent identifiable personal information to any 3rd party. We do not send unsolicited marketing email to our customers. You will occasionally receive email on special promotions we hold and you may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email.
  6. We do not keep personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected.
  7. We have developed guidelines and implemented procedures to govern the destruction of personal data that is no longer required to fulfill the identified purposes.
  8. We do not use "cookies", “web-bugs” or any other tracking technologies to collect information from users of our web site.
  9. We will not display or make publicly available, whether through online directories, customer lists or otherwise, the identifiable personal information collected.
  10. We ensure our customers that all personal information collected kept up to date. We do not maintain duplicate copies of personal information in different systems.
  11. We assure our customers that appropriate security safeguards are in place to protect personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, copying, use, alteration, accidental loss or theft, destruction or damage.
  12. Only authorised personnel has access to our systems. Consultants, contractors or other temporary employees do not have access to the data.
  13. The data protection policy in this user agreement is displayed on the web site and the policy. We encourage all our customers to read this agreement to understand our objective of collection personal data.
  14. This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by this website.
  15. If you feel that iCELL Network and or its employees have not been served as set out above or if you are not satisfied with our level of service, contact us on the helpline contacts shown on the login pages.
